A painting done in acrylics for my sons playroom. All of the white fields glow in the dark. I know it’s goofy but I had a lot of fun painting it. Plus, he likes it and that’s really all that matters.

I apparently lead a boring life. Well, if you go by what I’ve posted to this site lately, it’s pretty boring.
Anyhoo, I beat Cabela’s Big Game Hunter on the wii last week. It was fun but entirely too easy. So instead of dishing out another $50 for a new game, I signed up for Gamefly. It’s a fraction of the price compared to buying new games and once your done with one, You’re not stuck with it. I like this.

Also in late breaking news, I went for an eye exam yesterday, My eye site isn’t that much worse than my last visit. But worse enough where I would feel more comfortable with the new prescription. Getting old sucks but at least I found a pimp ass pair of specs that are on order as I type this. Wanna see? Check these out. Nice right?

The Family is doing well. The one who is called Bruno is bat shit crazy but doing awesome just the same. Growing like a weed, mentally and physically. Did I mention he’s crazy? He makes me smile ear to ear daily.

So, we watched 30 Days of Night the other evening and it was good. Lots of blood, mild suspense, the vampires were creepy as fuck. But the storyline is what gets you. Maybe I’m ignorant to this, but I do believe that this is the first horror/vampire movie to be set in Alaska during the “Dark Season.” I could be wrong about this. Either way it was an excellent idea.

We recently purchased a Nintendo Wii (the sports bundle) and it rocks! Along with that I purchased Cabela’s Big Game Hunter. Such fun.

The Wing Cook Off yesterday was a great success! Lots of fun, lots of friends, lots of beer, and oh yeah, there was a whole lot of chicken being grilled! And guess who came in first place for best tasting wings??? That’s right, It was me. Yup, I am the proud owner of a gold painted chicken statue wearing a sweat sock blindfold! Now, I didn’t get any pictures of me at the grill, but here’s a few buddies of mine so you can have an idea as to how we roll.
